Great tidy town - appreciate the mowed nature strips. Staff in shops I've visited have all been very helpful. Good to see streets sealed from gutter to gutter. Appreciate the wide streets.

Why we travel 1700km to Barcaldine every winter - we come to Barcy Homestead Caravan Park close to town, great Supermarket, Bakeries, and friendly staff in all shops. Information Centre is always ready to help you. All up Barcy is a great town. We love it. Keep up the good work. Rose Gardens is excellent for lunch.

Wonderful town. The park areas are so green and the freedom of choice park is a wonderful idea down by the creek. Some fish and crawchies where caught so that entertained us as well as the bird life.

The sculpture trail was great. We loved all the sites along the way and had a quiet lunch at Lake Dunn. The Adorabulls around the community are a great idea and they kept us very entertained and their names are very clever. We will be visiting again.
